BlackSeaChem EOOD is a distribution partner in Bulgaria.
This page summarizes how we plan and execute shipments for B2B orders placed with BlackSeaChem EOOD. Exact terms appear on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
1. Regions
We primarily ship within the European Union and selected international destinations where import rules for research materials permit delivery. Some sequences or formulations may be restricted by destination; we will advise during quotation.
2. Carriers and service levels
Default service is express courier with tracking. Cold-chain or temperature-monitored options are available when stability data supports them. You may nominate an approved carrier account where contractually agreed.
3. Incoterms and risk
Risk passes according to the Incoterm stated on your order confirmation (commonly DAP or EXW for EU B2B). Title passes upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customs and import compliance
You are responsible for import licenses, registrations, and duties unless we explicitly assume them in a written agreement. Incomplete paperwork may delay release; associated storage or re-delivery fees may apply.
5. Delivery timelines
Quoted lead times are estimates and begin after order acceptance, cleared payment (if required), and confirmed specifications. Force majeure events may extend timelines without liability beyond contract remedies.
6. Inspection
Inspect shipments promptly upon receipt. Report visible damage to the carrier at delivery and notify us within two business days with photos and packaging details so we can file claims where applicable.
